Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about NexusCore.

What is NexusCore?
NexusCore is an all-in-one business management platform that combines accounting (invoicing, VAT, bank reconciliation, multi-currency), HR & payroll (with WPS), inventory management, fixed assets, full audit management, AI document scanning, and the Orion AI assistant — all in a single system.
Who is NexusCore for?
NexusCore is designed for SME to mid-market businesses — especially those managing multiple companies. It's used by finance teams, accountants, HR managers, and business owners who need one source of truth.
Is my data secure?
Yes. We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), role-based permissions, and maintain a complete audit trail of every action taken in the system. Your data is always protected.
Can I try NexusCore before subscribing?
Absolutely. When you sign up, you get immediate access to a shared demo sandbox pre-loaded with sample data — invoices, bills, bank statements. You can explore every feature without entering your own data.
How does the demo sandbox work?
The demo sandbox is a shared, fully functioning environment with realistic sample data. You can create vouchers, run reports, test the OCR scanner, try bank reconciliation — everything works. Note that any data you add is visible to other demo users and is automatically erased every 48 hours. It's a playground, not a permanent workspace — create your own company when you're ready to go live.
Do you offer support?
Yes. All plans include email support. Professional and Enterprise plans include priority chat and phone support. We also maintain a knowledge base with guides, videos, and best-practice articles.
Can I invite my team members?
Yes. You can invite unlimited team members per company with granular role-based permissions. Each user gets their own login and activity is tracked individually in the audit trail.
Do you handle VAT returns?
NexusCore computes VAT per transaction (inclusive or exclusive), generates VAT returns by period, and provides a one-click tax audit package with every source document attached. While we don't file returns on your behalf, we give you everything you need.
Can I integrate with my bank?
Yes. You can import bank statements via CSV upload. NexusCore detects duplicates, suggests matches against open vouchers, and lets you reconcile with a single click. Direct bank feed integrations are available on Professional and Enterprise plans.
Is my data backed up?
Yes. Your data is backed up daily with point-in-time recovery. We maintain redundant infrastructure to ensure your data is always available when you need it.

AuditCore FAQ

Questions about our audit & assurance platform.

What is AuditCore?
AuditCore is a cloud-based audit management platform. It covers the full audit lifecycle — engagement management, risk assessment, sampling, financial statement mapping, review workflows, and an integrated trial balance mapper.
How does AuditCore differ from NexusCore?
NexusCore is an ERP for running your business day-to-day (accounting, HR, inventory). AuditCore is a separate platform built for audit firms — it reads data from NexusCore (or any other source via the TB mapper), lets you design audit programmes, select samples, map financial statements, and manage review notes.
Can AuditCore import from other accounting systems?
Yes. The Trial Balance Mapper accepts TBs from any source — you can upload a spreadsheet or connect to another ERP. Once mapped, AuditCore generates IFRS-compliant financial statements and supporting schedules.
Does AuditCore support IFRS reporting?
Yes. AuditCore includes pre-built IFRS statement formats for the Statement of Financial Position, Profit & Loss, and notes. You can customise groupings and presentations to match your firm's methodology.
How does sampling work in AuditCore?
AuditCore supports both statistical and non-statistical sampling methods. You define the population from the trial balance or transaction list, set materiality thresholds, and the system selects samples automatically. Each sample can be assigned to team members for testing.
Is AuditCore suitable for small audit firms?
Absolutely. AuditCore is designed for firms of all sizes — from sole practitioners to mid-tier firms. The pricing scales with the number of active engagements, not users, so small teams get the same powerful features as larger firms.
