Welcome to CoreFlow Solution. By accessing our website, subscribing to our SaaS platforms (NexusCore and AuditCore), or engaging our professional advisory services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Software Usage and License

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use our software platforms in accordance with your subscription plan:

  • Account Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials (username and password) and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.
  • Prohibited Activities: You agree not to copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of the software. You must not use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, nor upload any malware, viruses, or malicious code.
  • Data Accuracy: You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of all financial records, tax information, employee payroll details, and uploads submitted to the platform.

2. Billing, Payments, and Subscription Cycles

Our software is provided on a subscription basis, billed in advance according to your choice of monthly or annual cycles:

  • Billing Cycle: Subscriptions are automatically renewed at the end of each billing period unless cancelled prior to the renewal date.
  • Payment Terms: All fees are stated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are exclusive of applicable taxes. You must provide a valid payment method, and you authorize CoreFlow Solution to charge the renewal fees to that method.
  • Non-Payment and Suspension: If we are unable to process payment for your subscription renewal, we reserve the right to suspend access to your account after a grace period of 7 calendar days. If payment is not received within 30 days, we reserve the right to close the account and queue the data for deletion.

3. Business Activity Classification

CoreFlow Solution is a registered business operating in Pakistan. Our operations strictly fall under standard information technology and software industry classifications. We do not engage in or facilitate any prohibited merchant activities.

4. Limitation of Liability and Warranties

We strive to deliver a secure and highly reliable service, but we present our software on an "as is" and "as available" basis:

  • No Warranties: We make no express or implied warranties regarding the uninterrupted availability, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose of the software.
  • Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, CoreFlow Solution will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of or inability to use the software.
  • Maximum Liability: In no event shall our total liability for all claims related to the service exceed the total amount of subscription fees paid by you to CoreFlow Solution in the 12 months preceding the claim.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to our services at our sole discretion, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms & Conditions or engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity. You may terminate your account at any time by cancelling your subscription through the platform settings.

6. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions, and any disputes arising out of or related to them, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, without regard to conflict of laws principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Faisalabad, Pakistan, to resolve any legal matters arising from these terms.

7. Updates to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
